One of the most time consuming jobs in the workshop. Brake flushing and bleeding often requires a second person in the vehicle to  sit there and pump the brake or clutch pedal as you go around the vehicle opening the bleed valve and topping up the fluid level. 

This machine is designed to bleed upto four callipers/ wheel cylinders at one time. It has a 5 litre reservoir for the new fluid and four bleed bottles to collect the old fluid. The machine has an adjustable pulsation feature which helps to scavenge fluid from the dead spots in the system for a more complete flush. The delivery pressure is adjustable from 0.6 bar(9psi) to 3.5bar(50 psi) which caters for most requirements. It can also be used in conjunction with a scan tool to bleed ABS modulators where this is required.

Another feature is the automatic shut off in the event of pressure loss. This machine may also be used to bleed clutch systems and care should be used when bleeding concentric slave cylinders and always refer to the manufacturers literature.

This machine is powered by 12 volts, Just hook it up to the vehicle battery, and has a comprehensive 15 piece adaptor set included. It is suitable for all D.O.T. XX BRAKE FLUIDS.
