This new kit allows the technician to replace the valve stem seals without removing the engine and cylinder heads. By not having to remove the engine or cylinder heads from the vehicle, this saves many hours of labour. This kit was designed specifically for BMW N63TU and S63TU engines to make removing and installing valve stem seals quick and easy. This kit includes custom-made Valve Stem Seal Pliers and chain holding tool to use while the engine remains in the vehicle. Camshafts will not need to be removed so you will not require engine timing tools if the cam timing is ok and you are only doing the valve stem seals.

PLEASE NOTE: This kit is for the N63TU and S63TU only! (Technical Updated Engines) If you are wanting to do valve stem seals on a N62 please use with the DM-N62VST-K-R If you are wanting to do valve stem seals on a N63 or S63 please use the DM-N63-VSK-K-R

YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE: You will need to put air into the cylinders to hold the valves up, so you will either need a leak down tester or some sort of air regulator that has an attachment to screw into the smaller 14mm spark plug (12.5mm diameter threads) If you need this please also ask for the DM-LEAK-TEST-R
